Training Details

Session Length

Each session runs 45 minutes and is tailored to the athlete’s needs and goals.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Warm-Up (5–7 min): Dynamic movements to activate muscles and prep the body.

  • Stretch & Mobility (5–7 min): Flexibility and joint prep specific to the athlete’s sport.

  • Skill Drills (25–30 min): Focused on tumbling, acro, strength, or technique goals.

  • Cool Down (3–5 min): Guided body scan to relax the muscles, improve awareness, and reduce risk of injury.

Private Training (1 athlete)

Personalized 1-on-1 coaching to refine skills, correct technique, and build confidence.

Semi-Private Training (2–4 athletes)

Small group format for athletes with similar goals—same attention to detail, plus the benefit of peer motivation.
