Training Details
Session Length
Each session runs 45 minutes and is tailored to the athlete’s needs and goals.
What to Expect in a Session
Warm-Up (5–7 min): Dynamic movements to activate muscles and prep the body.
Stretch & Mobility (5–7 min): Flexibility and joint prep specific to the athlete’s sport.
Skill Drills (25–30 min): Focused on tumbling, acro, strength, or technique goals.
Cool Down (3–5 min): Guided body scan to relax the muscles, improve awareness, and reduce risk of injury.
