Program Structure

Recreational classes typically meet once per week for 30 or 55 minutes.

Private and semi-private training sessions are approximately 45 minutes.

Camps, clinics, workshops, and special events vary in length and format as advertised.

Attendance & Makeups

Missed classes, training sessions, camps, clinics, workshops, and special events are not refunded, credited, or rescheduled due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.

Recreational class participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to participate.

Private and semi-private training sessions will end at their scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

If a program is cancelled by Coach Stef due to weather, facility closure, or emergency, a makeup credit will be provided.

Payments & Refunds

Payment is due at registration unless otherwise stated.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a participant experiences a serious injury that prevents continued participation, a prorated credit may be considered for future use.

Private training invoices are due by the date listed on the invoice. Unpaid training slots may be released to the public booking calendar.

Drop-in sessions, camps, clinics, and special events must be paid in advance.

Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows safe movement.

Hair must be secured away from the face.

Participants may train with clean barefoot or wear clean indoor-only cheer shoes. Shoes worn outdoors are not permitted on training equipment or mats.

Behavior & Safety

Participants are expected to listen, follow directions, and treat coaches, staff, equipment, and fellow participants with respect.

Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund.

For safety reasons, adults and children who are not actively participating in class are not permitted in the classroom.

Communication

The BAND app is the primary method of communication for all programs and services.

Program updates, reminders, weather notices, and announcements will be shared through BAND.

Social media messages are not used for client communication.
