Program Structure
Recreational Classes
Classes meet once per week for 6 weeks.
Class length is 30 or 55 minutes depending on the age group.
Enrollment is limited and spots are first come, first served.
Private & Semi-Private Training
Private sessions run approximately 45 minutes.
Weekly private clients are billed monthly.
Drop-in private and semi-private sessions are first come, first served when available.
Attendance & Makeups
Missed sessions and classes are not refunded or credited.
Illness, vacations and personal conflicts are not eligible for makeups.
If a session or class is cancelled by Coach Stef due to weather, facility closure, or emergency, a makeup class or credit will be provided.
Payments & Refunds
Recreational Classes
Payment is due at registration.
Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once the session begins.
If a serious injury occurs, a credit may be issued for the unused portion of the session.
A two-payment plan option may be available if needed. Parents may reach out through the BAND app to inquire..
Private & Semi-Private Sessions
Private training invoices are sent monthly and are due by the 1st.
Unpaid slots may be released to the public booking calendar.
Drop-in sessions must be paid in advance.
What to Wear
Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing such as leotards, leggings, or athletic shorts with a fitted top. Hair must be tied back and bare, clean feet are required.
Please bring a labeled water bottle.
Behavior & Safety
Athletes are expected to listen, follow directions, and show respect during training.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from class.
For safety reasons, adults and children are not permitted on the upstairs track during class.
Communication
Program updates and announcements are shared through the BAND app.
Social media messages are not used for client communication.
Final Note
This program is intentionally small and designed to provide focused coaching in a positive environment. Thank you for supporting the structure that allows the program to run smoothly.

Rec classes: ages 2–10.
Private training: ages 6+ for athletes who already train in sports and are working on higher-level skills. -
No. Recreational classes welcome beginners through intermediate athletes, and everyone progresses at their own pace..

Parents are welcome to observe recreational classes from the hallway viewing area. Many athletes focus and perform better without parents watching closely, so parents are encouraged to relax in the hallway and peek in occasionally.
Private training sessions are focused working sessions between the athlete and coach, so parents do not observe private sessions.
Please note: Viewing from the upstairs track is not permitted. The track is reserved for Taylor Recreation Center members only.
