Hey! I’m Coach Stef, and I run this program solo — no front desk, no assistants, just me. I keep things simple, fun, and focused. To help everything run smoothly, please read through the following policies before enrolling:
REC Class Structure
All classes are held once a week for 6 weeks unless otherwise noted.
Class length is either 30 or 55 minutes depending on age group.
Each session has limited spots and is first come, first served.
Private & Semi-Private Training
Private sessions are 45 minutes and billed monthly for weekly clients.
Drop-in private and semi-private sessions are first come, first served.
Monthly clients receive:
Personalized feedback and at-home drills
24-hour text support
Monthly progress check-ins
No refunds or makeups for missed private/semi-private sessions unless I cancel.
Drop-in sessions must be paid upfront at booking.
Attendance & Makeups
No makeups or refunds are offered for missed classes due to illness, vacations, or personal conflicts.
Makeups are only offered if I cancel due to weather or an emergency.
In rare cases, I may offer a one-time drop-in to another class (if space allows) as a courtesy — but this is not guaranteed.
Updated Policy – Effective September 1, 2025
Out of kindness, I’ve credited missed private or semi-private sessions in the past. That stops this fall.
Starting September 1, 2025, credits, makeups, or refunds will not be issued for missed private or semi-private sessions — even if you notify me. This includes illness, travel, or last-minute personal affairs.
Payments & Refunds
REC Classes • Full payment is due at time of registration • If you're having trouble with payment, contact me directly before enrolling • No refunds once enrolled unless I cancel the entire session • A credit may be considered in extreme cases like injury, but that is not guaranteed
Private & Semi-Private Sessions • Invoices are sent at the end of each month • Payment is due by the 1st of the new month • If payment is not received, your time slot will be released and added to the public calendar • No refunds or makeups for missed sessions unless I cancel • Drop-in sessions must be paid upfront at time of booking
What to Wear & Bring
Athletes must wear comfortable clothes they can move in (leggings, fitted shorts, t-shirts, or leotards).
Bare, clean feet only — no socks, shoes, or slippers.
Hair must be tied up and out of the face (pony, bun, or headband).
Bring a water bottle with your child’s name on it.
Behavior & Safety
No adults or children allowed upstairs on the track during class.
Parents may buy a track pass from the front desk if they want to walk — but no standing or watching from upstairs.
Athletes must follow directions, keep hands to themselves, and show respect.
Unsafe behavior that continues after 3 warnings may result in removal from class.
Communication
All class updates, cancellations, and announcements go through the BAND app.
I don’t use social media DMs, Messenger, or text for client communication (unless it needs immediate attention).
A Note from Me
This program is small, intentional, and built with a lot of heart. I appreciate every family who signs up and supports what I’m building here. Thanks for being part of it!
