FAQ & POLICY
These policies apply to all recreational classes, private training, semi-private training, camps, clinics, workshops, special events, showcases, and other programs offered by Coach Stef unless otherwise stated.
Program Structure
Recreational classes typically meet once per week for 30 or 55 minutes.
Private and semi-private training sessions are approximately 45 minutes.
Camps, clinics, workshops, and special events vary in length and format as advertised.
Attendance & Makeups
Missed classes, training sessions, camps, clinics, workshops, and special events are not refunded, credited, or rescheduled due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
Recreational class participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted to participate.
Private and semi-private training sessions will end at their scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
If a program is cancelled by Coach Stef due to weather, facility closure, or emergency, a makeup credit will be provided.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at registration unless otherwise stated.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a participant experiences a serious injury that prevents continued participation, a prorated credit may be considered for future use.
Private training invoices are due by the date listed on the invoice. Unpaid training slots may be released to the public booking calendar.
Drop-in sessions, camps, clinics, and special events must be paid in advance.
Attire & Equipment
Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows safe movement.
Hair must be secured away from the face.
Participants may train with clean barefoot or wear clean indoor-only cheer shoes. Shoes worn outdoors are not permitted on training equipment or mats.
Please bring a labeled water bottle.
Behavior & Safety
Participants are expected to listen, follow directions, and treat coaches, staff, equipment, and fellow participants with respect.
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund.
For safety reasons, adults and children who are not actively participating in class are not permitted in the classroom.
Communication
The BAND app is the primary method of communication for all programs and services.
Program updates, reminders, weather notices, and announcements will be shared through BAND.
Social media messages are not used for client communication.
Final Note
This program is intentionally kept small to provide quality instruction in a positive and supportive environment. Thank you for helping create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Rec classes: ages 2–10.
Private training: ages 6+ for athletes who already train in sports and are working on higher-level skills. -
No. Recreational classes welcome beginners through intermediate athletes, and everyone progresses at their own pace..

Parents are welcome to observe recreational classes from the hallway viewing area. Many athletes focus and perform better without parents watching closely, so parents are encouraged to relax in the hallway and peek in occasionally.
Private training sessions are focused working sessions between the athlete and coach, so parents do not observe private sessions.
Please note: Viewing from the upstairs track is not permitted. The track is reserved for Taylor Recreation Center members only.
