PRIVATE
TRAINING

Private and semi-private training is designed for artistic athletes ages 6+ involved in dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, acro, or similar activities who are looking for focused skill development and individualized coaching.

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes and may include tumbling, acro skills, flexibility, strength, conditioning, drills, and skill progressions based on the athlete's goals and abilities.

My coaching style goes beyond teaching skills. Athletes can expect challenging warm-ups, individualized instruction, and guided cool-downs that encourage mindfulness, confidence, and trust in their journey. My goal is not just to build stronger athletes, but stronger young people with purpose, character, and self-confidence.

Each athlete also receives access to a personalized Athlete Dashboard that is updated periodically throughout the season to help track progress and areas of focus.

Limited drop-in sessions may become available throughout the year and can be viewed on the booking calendar.

Families interested in weekly private or semi-private training for the 2026-2027 season may complete the interest form linked at the top of the website.

What a Session Looks Like
Each private or semi-private session runs about 45 minutes and is tailored to the athlete’s physical and mental needs. Sessions may include a warm-up, stretching, skill work, strength training, and sometimes a little fun along the way. Every athlete is different, so the focus can change depending on their goals and progress.

Private Training
One-on-one coaching focused on helping athletes build strength, improve skills, and gain confidence.

Semi-Private Training
Small group training (2–4 athletes) with similar goals, allowing athletes to work together while still receiving focused coaching.
