PRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATE
TRAINING
Private and semi-private training with Coach Stef is designed for athletes ages 6 and up who are already involved in cheerleading, gymnastics, dance, or other sports and want focused skill development.
Sessions may focus on tumbling progressions, strength and body control, flexibility and mobility, and refining skills for dancers and cheerleaders.
Private training is not for beginners. Athletes should already have some training experience and be able to listen, focus, and follow direction.
Booking & Availability
Weekly private and semi-private spots during the school year are currently full. Drop-in sessions may appear on the booking calendar when available. If nothing is listed, check back later.
What a Session Looks Like
Each private or semi-private session runs about 45 minutes and is tailored to the athlete’s physical and mental needs. Sessions may include a warm-up, stretching, skill work, strength training, and sometimes a little fun along the way. Every athlete is different, so the focus can change depending on their goals and progress.
Private Training
One-on-one coaching focused on helping athletes build strength, improve skills, and gain confidence.
Semi-Private Training
Small group training (2–4 athletes) with similar goals, allowing athletes to work together while still receiving focused coaching.
