Here’s the lineup…
Congrats to the 2025–2026 Roster
I’m pumped to officially welcome this year’s athletes! This was not an easy decision-making process. I looked at effort, consistency, goals, and overall fit. Everyone who applied should be proud!
Why More Athletes Are in Semi-Private Groups This Year
After working closely with many of these athletes over the past year, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. This year, most athletes will train in semi-private groups (up to 4 athletes). Here’s why:
Younger athletes (especially under age 9) tend to fatigue quicker in one-on-one sessions
Peer modeling boosts performance — they learn by watching others
It builds confidence and community — they aren’t in it alone
It’s more affordable without sacrificing individualized coaching
Science backs it up — small group settings improve retention, motivation, and skill progression (Weinberg & Gould, 2019)
That said, some athletes age 9 and up with very specific goals, learning needs, or scheduling limits will continue with private training if it’s the best fit.
Private to Semi-Private? Let Me Know
If your athlete is listed for private training but you’re open to a semi-private group (especially with friends or teammates working on similar goals), please reach out. I’ll do my best to match them with the right group.
Action Required
If your athlete is listed, please complete the Roster Confirmation Form to hold your spot and note any changes or updates (like switching from private to semi-private or adding conflicts I should know).
If this no longer works for your family or you’re choosing not to continue this season, contact me directly.
Didn’t See Your Athlete’s Name?
Don’t stress! I still have a few semi-private openings. I’ll also continue to offer weekly drop-in sessions, posted on my stories and social media pages.
Let’s go! This is going to be an awesome year. I’m ready to help your athlete grow, and absolutely crush their goals. 🖤
